WHAT IS IT WITH ME GETTING ALLL HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE?????
FIRST IT WAS MAXIS...... i thought that was bad enough
AND THEN I SWITCHED TO DIGI AND THAT WAS WHEN MY NIGHTMARE STARTED.
having to go back SO MANY TIMES just to buy the phone. OMG LA first the iphone THEN the blackberry.
AND THEN....
I THOUGHT IT WAS THE END OF BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE - cos i got REALLY bad horrible service at the digi- digital mall. Not many ppl, but SOUR FACE PPL SERVING U PLENTY ARD THE SHOP.
so hor.. i wanted to use internet tethering for my bb and mac - called up customer service ( this one exceptional, the guy was REALLY NICE ok tried to help me out as much as he can but still cannot so i had to go digi centre)
so this morning i went there, 9 15am - wah got queue redi, okok line up. Get number etcetc..
*taps foot and wait* 10 mins later, DING my turn.
and I WAITED FOR AN HOUR FOR THEM TO TRYYYYYY AND FIX MY PHONE TO THE LAPTOP BUT THEY COULDNT. SO THEY SAID ITS MY MAC. "miss ah, i think its ur mac la" plus while they were trying to figure out how to solve my problem, they were doing other things!! TAKING THEIR OWN SWEET TIME !!! HELOOOO!!! I DONT HAVE ALL THE TIME IN THE WORLLDD!!!!!
OK LOR NVMMMMM i went for class - already missed the first MOST IMPORTANT CLASS bcos they took so long =_=
and then turned on my comp and realised that my airport wasnt working. I COULD NOT CONNECT TO THE INTERNET. Tried everything and realised the digi ppl did something to my settings. COULD NOT DO ANYTHING WITHOUT THE INTERNETTTT SOOOOOO
drove all the way to pyramiddd(walked from sunway to car WHICH IS SUPER FAR OKAYY) to get it fixed at machines.
when i reached there the guy took some time to figure it out, ok laaa not so bad he was quite helpful other than not being able to fix my internet tethering problem :(
so ok lorrrr changed the settings went back to uni and do my workkkk and then decided to call machines 1u to see whether they can fix it. And woohoo! The cute geeky guy picked up the phone - recognise his voice cos he helped me fix a couple of things. heh.
he asked me to come over to get it fixed, he will help me out.
SO I THOUGHT WOOOOHOOO! PROBLEM SOLVED!!! until...... i went after class... went to machines 1u and found out that the GUY WASNT THEREEEE *FALLS ON KNEES*
and then right........ i had the worst guy serving me. EVER. HE WASNT EVEN SERVING ME OK! You know how machines, u go to the back of the shop and there's this guy standing there... and there is where u get ur gadgets fixeddd..
so i just told him, "i called up just now blablabla..."
and he just nodded his head and said WAIT.
AND SO I WAITED!!! AND THEN I STOOD THERE AND WAIT AND WAIT AND WAIT!
AND I SAW PPL WALKING IN AND HE SERVED THEM WHILE I STOOD THERE WAITING.... ROARRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!
the other ppl working there were nice la, keep telling the guy that i was standing there waiting... BUT HE SO TAK LAYAN LOR.
so in the end the girl told me to come back 30 mins to an hour later. I WAS LIKE ITS OK I WILL COME BACK ANOTHER TIME.
so right, when u go to machines in 1u, FIND FOR THIS TALL GUY WITH SPECS, always standing behind the counter BUT ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP.
he helped me bootcamp my mac WITHOUT CHARGING - mac city charges rm200, fix the ipod touch, fix the iphone and i spoked to him on the phone! COS I HEARD THE SOUR FACE GUY SAID " IT WASNT ME ON THE PHONE, I DIDNT AGREE TO FIX THIS."
SO I HAVE TO GO BACK ANOTHER TIME, AND I DONT KNOW WHEN COS I DONT KNOW WHEN THE CUTE GEEKY GUY WILL BE THERE TO HELPPPP *wails*
OMGGG WHY WHYWHY DO I ALWAYS GET HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE????? WHYY WHYY WHYYYY *flips all tables over*
IS IT MY FACE PROBLEM?? WHYYY?? DO I LOOK LIKE I DONT DESERVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE???????

okeh rant over. HEH. Pheww man i feel much bedder after that. WOOOHOOOO time to get back to work SO FUNN! IM HAVING SO MUCH FUNN!!!
